Activity of our firm is as follows: repairs, shipbuilding and building of various steel constructions. Main field is alteration and lengthening ships of different use.
Due to technical possibilities, we engage in ships up to 120m length and 19m breadth.
We can build and repair steel constructions of various use, as well
as for Sea and Land purposes.
Steel works are those, what we can do the best, what we know the best.

We can make complicated fitting and welding works. Our speciality are:
fishing vessels, technical vessels and vessels for exploitation of Sea
Bottom Resources.
The highest knowledge and production technology is used in Shipyard
works. Professional experience of our workers gained from years is made
use.

Firm workers are former workers of Hull Department of Shipyard. 74
persons are employed in the firm.
Foundation of firm is connected with necessity of adapting to conditions prevailing on repair and shipbuilding markets. Thanks to separation new economic subject from organisational structure of Shipyard it is possible to reduce costs of production.
Thereby, conditions of greater competitions have been created, what makes possible orders receiving and keeping workplaces for workers presently employed in Shiprepair “ Nauta” S.A.

Team about large professional experience, having suitable qualifications is involved in production preparation. They are all graduates of Polytechnic ( of its Ship’s Institute ) in Gdańsk and of Maritime Academy in Gdynia.
Employees about direct experience from workshops are preparing technology of work execution. They are increasing their qualifications by studding at Universities with profile connected with Sea Industry.
Direct supervision performs employees of long standing professional experience and education which guarantee proper supervision on tasks execution.

Firm employees are former workers of Hull Department of Shiprepair
“Nauta” S.A in Gdynia.
In direct production are employed workers, who are Shiprepair Yard’s
school – leaving pupils or who having got finished school about
mechanical profile.
Among employees there are those who learn at high schools or study at
universities.
Many workers have got additional qualifications acquired while working
at Shipyard.
Firm employs 74 workers, 60 in direct production:( 43 as fitters of ship
hull, 2 as helpers of fitters and 15 as ship welders.)
